I’ve loved drawing ever since I learned how to use a pencil.                                                         Whenever I came up with an imaginative idea, I picked up a pencil and drew what I pictured in my mind. Since then, a pencil and a piece of paper have become my best friends, and naturally art has become a part of my life.

Since I entered my first college, I have explored a couple of different majors in fine arts and design: Painting, Sculpture, and Metal Craft Design. I’ve taught water painting as an instructor at an art institute and also worked as a jewelry designer for 2 years. Now I’m currently working for the ASU’s school newspaper ‘The State Press’ as a freelance illustrator.

TK, what awesome talent you have! I am especially fond of the “water paintings,” because they evoke an edgy classical kind of irony. The texture you achieve with the paint, and the objects you portray in the images are intriguing, and I cannot help being drawn into your works. I appreciate the hard work you have put into this website. Congratulations. -Aimee
